The salad that all my friends love
This salad is unusual, delicious, filling, and easy to prepare. A true culinary treasure.
Thanks to the original combination of ingredients, it may seem like it contains expensive white mushrooms – but it’s actually not.
Required products
Onion – 1 large head
Eggplant – 500–700 g
Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
Onion marinade:
Sugar – 1.5 tsp.
Vinegar – 1.5 tbsp.
Salt – 1 tsp (without tip)
Ice water – enough to cover the onion
Additionally:
A little salt
Fresh herbs (vegetables)
Mayonnaise
Starch
