An ancient recipe for high cholesterol and high blood pressure – natural support for cardiovascular health
Many people today suffer from high blood pressure and high cholesterol – two conditions that often go hand in hand and increase the risk of serious diseases such as heart attack and stroke. Although modern medicine offers a number of drugs, there are also old, proven natural recipes that can help the body in a natural way. One of them comes from the old traditions of the Amish – a drink made only from natural products that helps cleanse blood vessels, regulates blood pressure and strengthens the heart.
Required ingredients:

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (preferably natural, unfiltered, with “mother”)
1 teaspoon honey
1 clove of garlic – grated
a little grated ginger root (about 1 teaspoon)

Place all ingredients in a blender.
Mix on high speed for about 30 seconds until you get a smooth mixture.
Strain the liquid through a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
Pour into a glass container with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Method of use:
Take 1 tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach , before breakfast.
Second dose – 1 tablespoon in the evening, before dinner.
It is not recommended to use more than 3 times a day .
This combination is particularly beneficial for people with high blood pressure, elevated blood fats, and accumulation of toxins in the body.
