1. Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, and eggs.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
2. Shape the dough:
Lightly flour a clean surface and knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until soft and pliable.
Shape the dough into a round or desired shape.
3. Heat the pan:
Heat a non-stick or heavy-bottomed pan over low to medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
4. Prepare the bread
Place the dough in the pan and cover with a lid. Cook on one side for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Flip the bread and cook on the other side for another 8-10 minutes, making sure it is cooked through.
5. Check for doneness:
Insert a toothpick or knife into the center to check if it comes out clean.
6. Serve:
Remove from the pan and let cool slightly before slicing.
