Other helpful tips include using laundry soap. Grate a little of it into hot water, pour into a baking tray and place in the oven at 120 degrees for 30 minutes. Once the oven has heated up, the dirt will soften and can be easily wiped off with a kitchen towel.
For additional cleaning of the door glass, mix baking soda with warm water to make a paste that you can apply to the dirty areas. Leave the paste to act for 20 minutes and then wipe with clean water.
Another effective method is to use vinegar. Spray the inside of the oven with vinegar, leave for 15 minutes, and then wipe with a damp cloth. You can mix vinegar with baking soda for an even stronger effect.
