Required products:
500 ml broth (vegetable or bone)
150 g broccoli
3 celery stalks, finely chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion
a handful of spinach or kale
juice of ½ lemon
2 tbsp. coconut oil
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp collagen (optional)
Preparation:
Heat the coconut oil and add the broccoli, celery, and onion.
Simmer for about 5 minutes, then pour in the broth.
Cook for another 5–7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Blend, add the lemon juice and serve.

🍛 Ginger-carrot curry soup
Required products:
1 l vegetable broth
½ can low-fat coconut milk
500 g small carrots
2–3 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation:
In a saucepan, heat the coconut oil and add the garlic, ginger and curry.
When the spices release their aroma, add the broth and carrots.
Cook for about 25 minutes over low heat.
Blend and slowly add the coconut milk.

🌾 Lentil detox soup with sweet potato and apple
Required products:
100 g washed lentils
2 large beets, chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1 small onion
2 carrots
60 ml coconut, olive oil or ghee
½ tsp ground cumin
1 l broth
2.5 cm fresh ginger, grated
sea salt and black pepper
coconut cream drops for finishing
Preparation:
Sauté the onion, apple, carrots and sweet potatoes in the chosen fat for about 10 minutes.
Add the broth, lentils, spices and ginger.
Simmer for 30 minutes until everything is tender.
Blend and add a little coconut cream.

🥒 Zucchini soup with basil
Required products:
6 zucchini
1 l turkey bone broth or vegetable broth
15 g basil leaves
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
Preparation:
Sauté the garlic and onion in a little oil until golden.
Add the zucchini and broth.
Boil for about 20 minutes until tender.
Puree together with the basil and season with salt and pepper.
