What you need:
2–3 cloves of garlic
pinch of salt
a small amount of baking soda (optional)
Method of preparation:
Peel and crush the garlic cloves until you get a paste.
Add the salt (and, if desired, a little baking soda).
Mix well until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Method of application:
Apply the mixture to your teeth with a brush or your finger.
Gently massage your teeth and gums for about 2 minutes .
Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water or a solution of water and lemon juice (to neutralize the odor).
Effect:
Reduction of soft dental plaque and partial dissolution of tartar.
Freshened breath and brighter, naturally whitened enamel.
⚠️ Important: what to keep in mind
Do not apply this method daily – 1–2 times a week is enough.
If you have sensitive gums or mouth sores, wait until they are fully healed before use.
Don’t scrub too hard – this can damage the enamel.
If you have chronic tartar or pain, you should definitely see a dentist.
