🥕 Carrot and ginger soup for energy
Required products:
1 kg chopped carrots
3 tbsp grated fresh ginger
3 cloves of garlic
2 onions, chopped
1.5 l bone or vegetable broth
200 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil
sea salt, black pepper and onion powder to taste
2 tbsp collagen powder or protein (optional)
Preparation:
Bring the garlic, broth, ginger, and carrots to a boil and cook over low heat.
In a separate pan, fry the onion in the oil until golden and add it to the soup.
Blend the mixture until smooth.
Finally, add the coconut milk and season.
This soup is rich in beta-carotene and ginger antioxidants, which stimulate metabolism and improve blood circulation.
